JAMMU, Mar 1: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed Shantmanu, a 1991 batch IAS officer from the AGMUT Cadre and currently serving as Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary in the School Education Department, as the interim Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) and the Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT).
