Srinagar: The police have submitted a chargesheet against seven terror associates under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UA(P)A) in the Hon’ble UA(P)A Court, Srinagar.
The chargesheet relates to Case FIR No. 31/2024, lodged at Police Station Khanyar, under Sections 13, 18, 20, 23, and 38 of the UA(P) Act, in conjunction with Section 7/25 of the Arms Act. Eight individuals were implicated in the case, which includes a Pakistani terrorist operating under the alias Usman, who was neutralized during a police encounter.
Formal charges have been laid against the seven individuals for their roles in various terror-related activities, and an abate challan has been filed concerning the deceased Pakistani terrorist. (Agencies)
