Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh unveiled the plaque to inaugurate the newly upgraded neurosurgery and cardiovascular surgery block at the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday.
