NEW DELHI, Dec 28: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday.
Reports indicate that Adityanath extended an invitation to Shah for the upcoming Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, scheduled from January 13 to February 26.
The specifics of their discussion were not immediately available, but it is believed that they covered various matters relevant to Uttar Pradesh.
Additionally, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister also paid a visit to former president Ram Nath Kovind, BJP president and Union minister J P Nadda, as well as newly appointed Mizoram Governor V K Singh during this time.
The chief minister presented a plaque celebrating the Maha Kumbh to these dignitaries. (PTI)
