JAMMU, Dec 31: The Chairperson’s Office of the State Allied and Healthcare Council in J&K has released the winter vacation timetable for paramedical training institutions throughout the region.

As per an official announcement, all paramedical institutions, including colleges in the Kashmir Division, will observe their winter break from January 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025.
For the Jammu Division, the winter vacation will span from January 1, 2025, to January 15, 2025.
This schedule is in accordance with the annual activity calendar as specified in government Order No. 691-HME of 2017, dated December 22, 2017.
The circular emphasized that any examinations scheduled during this vacation period must continue as planned. Institution heads have been tasked with ensuring adherence to this instruction.
Additionally, it is made clear that the vacation period does not apply to teaching and non-teaching staff or to students involved in clinical postings. The council has urged strict compliance with these orders across all institutions.
